Food Pyramid Already Busting

It didn't take long for that new pyramid to bust. It was real cute, but now that people are actually looking at it, they are realizing, whoh, we made a big mistake! You know, they didn't even take into account height or weight into thier maze like food pyramid? Well, it was bound to happen. And I'm sure in 20 years, we'll get an even worse one.

very interesting. my food pyramid consists of that of a pyramid of as much food as i can cram into my belly. gluttonus as it may sound, that's pretty awesome for a former anorexic!

I hear that! Eat until you fall over :) I'm glad you got past anorexia.

i am too. i still have problems sometimes with not wanting to eat but part of it leads back to my previous waitressing experiences. i used to work such long shifts that i wouldn't eat all day (too busy working) and by the time i got home, i'd seen so much food i wanted to throw up at the thought of eating anything. now when i'm cooking dinner, i don't eat much of it because i've seen the food for so long that i don't want much of it.

I can understand that. I used to be the same way. Getting caught up with work, kinda takes away the time and energy to eat. It real easy to say, just eat, but it's not really that easy sometimes.
If you have trouble eating the food you've made, perhaps you should watch tv, or distract yourself in some other way, while cooking. I don't know if that would help, but it couldn't hurt right?
