A Money Smell Scanner
Weird eh? The practical uses include pissing off people who want to discreatly carry large sums of money overseas. Sure, it'll catch drug dealers, but why should it be illegal to carry large sums of money if you want to. I mean, come on... Why not just find a drug sniffer :/

it's be funny to get like 300 ones and stick em in a briefcase, then when the feds show up to bust you, you can be like, "It's just $300, I hate trying to get change, give me a break dude."
